铜凋亡作为一种新型的细胞死亡机制,已被证实与多种疾病的发生密切相关。深入研究铜凋亡过程中细胞内活性因子的动态变化,对于精准揭示其作用机制以及疾病的早期诊断和治疗具有重要意义。荧光分析法凭借其高灵敏度、高选择性等优势,在生物活性分子检测与追踪等方面具有巨大的应用潜力。近年来,小分子功能性荧光探针的开发为监测细胞铜凋亡过程提供了新的工具。本文综述了可用于监测铜凋亡过程中活性氧/活性硫(ROS/RSS)、线粒体膜电位(MMP)、线粒体粘度、溶酶体铜离子浓度等与细胞生命活动相关的生物指标动态变化的荧光探针最新研究成果,总结和展望了此类小分子荧光探针的性能与应用。 |

Cuproptosis, a recently characterized copper-dependent cell death mechanism, has shown significant relate with diverse diseases. Comprehensive investigations into the dynamic changes of intracellular bioactive factors during cuproptosis are of paramount importance for precisely elucidating the underlying mechanisms and advancing early diagnosis and therapeutic interventions. Owing to its high sensitivity and selectivity, fluorescence analysis shows significant potential in the detection and real-time monitoring of bioactive molecules. Recent advances in the developments of small-molecule functional fluorescent probes have provided as a new tool, in particular, for real-time tracking of cuproptosis processes at cellular level. This review focused on the latest? researches of fluorescent probes that targeting cuproptosis biomarkers, including reactive oxygen/sulfur species (ROS/RSS), mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) fluctuations, organelle-specific microenvironment changes, lysosomal copper homeostasis and so on. Furthermore, the performance characteristics and application prospects of these small-molecule fluorescent probes are systematically discussed, offering insights into future directions for precision diagnostics and mechanistic studies in cuproptosis-related pathologies. |
