      冠状病毒是一类广泛存在且对人及家畜具有严重危害的病原体,具有较高的传播性及致死率。2019年末爆发的新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)所引发的全球疫情持续至今,累计感染人数已经超过三亿,并造成了五百多万的死亡病例。随着病毒不断变异,造成疫苗的防护效率不断下降,时刻威胁着人们的健康安全,因此针对新型冠状病毒的小分子药物的开发就显得尤为必要。本文针对一些重要的新型冠状病毒的小分子药物进行概述,介绍了它们的作用靶点、合成情况、治疗效果以及所处的开发阶段,以期为抗新冠病毒药物的研发和临床研究提供一些参考。
英文摘要:
      Coronaviruses are a kind of widely exist pathogens that could cause serious health hazard to human and multiple species of animals, and they are highly contagious infectious virus with high mortality rate. The epidemic broken out at the end of 2019 caused by novel coronavirus(SARS-CoV-2)still persists and has caused more than three hundred millions of infections and more than five millions of death. Nowadays, the virus is constantly mutating, causing vaccines to be less effective and posing a constant threat to health and safety. Therefore it becomes extremely important to develop small molecule drugs against COVID-19. In this review, we introduce the targets、synthesis、therapeutic effects and the development stage of some important drugs against COVID-19, hoping to provide some useful ideas to the development of novel drugs against COVID-19.
