      以2-(1H-苯并[d]咪唑基)-8-羟基喹啉和2-氯甲基吡啶盐酸盐为原料合成了一种喹啉类功能分子(BIPQ)S,相比其它有机溶剂,化合物BIPQ的N,N’-二甲基乙酰胺溶液在452 nm显示出最强荧光发射强度。化合物BIPQ对硝基芳香化合物和阴离子的荧光传感性能研究表明:硝基芳香化合物2,4,6-三硝基苯酚(TNP)和阴离子Cr2O72?BIPQ的荧光表现出明显的猝灭效应,其猝灭常数KSV分别为5.9 × 103 L.mol-13.8 × 103 L.mol-1抗干扰试验结果表明BIPQ在荧光检测TNP和Cr2O72?过程中,分别对其它硝基芳香化合物和阴离子表现出很好的抗干扰能力;此外,本文还研究了化合物BIPQ有效荧光检测TNP和Cr2O72?的溶液pH值范围,并将BIPQ用于实际水样中TNP和Cr2O72-荧光检测。

      One quinoline-based functional molecule (BIPQ) was synthesized by using 2-(1H-benzo[d]imidazol-1-yl)-8-hydroxyquinoline and 2-chloromethylpyridine hydrochloride as raw materials. Compared to other organic solvents, the N,N’-dimethylacetamide solution of compound BIPQ showed the strongest fluorescence emission intensity at 452 nm. The fluorescence sensing performance of compound BIPQ for nitroaromatic compounds and anions revealed that nitroaromatic compound 2,4,6-trinitrophenol (TNP) and anion Cr2O72? showed significant quenching effects on the fluorescence intensity of BIPQ, with quenching constants KSV of 5.9 × 103 L.mol-1 and 3.8 × 103 L.mol-1, respectively. The anti-interference experiments results showed that BIPQ displayed high selectivities toward TNP and Cr2O72? over other competing nitroaromatic compounds and anions, respectively. In addition, this article also investigated the effective fluorescence detection of TNP and Cr2O72- in BIPQ solution with different pH values, and applied BIPQ to the fluorescence detection of TNP and Cr2O72-in actual water samples.
